C SERIES CLIMATIC TEST CABINETS - ​CTS climatic test cabinets offer not only the temperature but also the stress factor of humidity can be simulated. Humidity measurements are carried out via a capacitive humidity measuring sensor, which stands out for its high precision, low maintenance requirements and long-term stability. The temperature can be controlled either via the supply air sensor or the exhaust air sensor, allowing it to be optimally adapted to your tests and the test specimen.

T SERIES TEMPERATURE TEST CABINETS - ​The CTS temperature test cabinets stand out for their high temperature accuracy, simple programming via our modern multi-touch panel and a low noise level. ​ Due to their innovative control system and the careful selection of all components, the CTS temperature test cabinets are among the most energy-efficient devices on the market. The temperature can be controlled either via the supply air sensor or the exhaust air sensor, allowing it to be optimally adapted to your tests and the test specimen. ​

TS/CS SERIES STRESS SCREENING TEST CABINETS TEMPERATURE AND CLIMATIC - ​The CTS temperature/climatic stress screening test cabinets are available as standard in the performance classes 5 K/min, 10 K/min and 15 K/min. By further increasing the compressor and heating capacity, rates of change up to 30 K/min are possible. High outputs of circulating air ensure the best possible transmission to the test item. Thus, limits or weak points of the test item can be determined more quickly.

TW/CW SERIES WALK-IN / WHEEL-IN TEST CHAMBERS - ​​The CTS walk-in or wheel-in temperature/climatic test chambers are designed in line with your test requirements. A standardised modular system is available in all sizes and at all performance levels that can be designed as a compact chamber or assembled on site. Whatever your requirements, you can choose from anti-explosion designs in line with ATEX, extensions for hazard levels in line with EUCAR for testing lithium-ion batteries, in combination with vibration and equipped with irradiation units. We have the solution.

TEST CABINETS FOR COMBINATION WITH SHAKER SYSTEMS - ​​The new series of CTS vibration test cabinets, which can be used for temperature or climatic testing in combination with shaker systems, offers you various further extensions and options in addition to a wide range of standard equipment. Whether you need it to be combined with vertical or horizontal vibration, the modular and standardized series can be combined with all common shaker types and adapted to your testing requirements. ​ Sizes are available from just a few hundred litres of usable space up to several cubic metres. Latest cooling technology, energy-efficient, robust and reliable.

TEST SYSTEMS FOR ELECTRIC ENGINES OR ELECTRIC AXLE TEST BEDS - ​Temperature and climate test systems combined with or integrated into an electric engine or electric axle test bed require special concepts that are adapted and aligned to the test bed in question. In addition to what are often high performance requirements, good accessibility to the test bed is a priority. We can offer a wide range of solutions based on different systems. The concept suitable for each application depends, among other things, on boundary conditions such as the installation situation, test bed connection, desired or necessary handling, test space dimensions and performance requirements and should be discussed and selected together with the customer. Systems can be used such as air-conditioning devices with an external test space, a split climatic test hood with integrated air conditioning, test cabinets based on compact units with a test chamber in front (TV/CV series), standard units with a special door panel connecting to the test stand or other application-specific special solutions.

EMISSION TEST CHAMBERS FOR THE TARGETED DETERMINATION OF EMISSIONS - ​The EK1000 VOC emission test chamber, developed as a joint venture with Olfasense, enables the determination of emissions of volatile organic compounds under precise test conditions. It fully complies with the requirements of ISO 12219-4 and VDA 276. It also meets all requirements of the manufacturers' standards GS97014-3 (BMW method), PN 780 (Porsche method), VCS 1027, 2769 (Volvo method) and PV 3942 (Volkswagen method).

You will receive all important device parameters at a glance, can comfortably program your cycles and analyze your measurement results. Also, send event-triggered e-mails the CID software, so you are always informed about the functioning of your equipment.
